Core Projects

Collectively, participants in The Loss Lab will review current research and identify gaps in the literature in order to apply and extend existing knowledge regarding both theory and clinical application. Lab Coordinators are currently undertaking research along the following broad themes:
  • Medical Assistance in Dying (MAiD)*
  • Divorce and loss*
  • Bereavement and educational accessibility
  • Creative interventions with individuals experiencing loss
  • Grief activism*
  • Migration-related loss*
  • Grief literacy

*The above projects have been made possible by the generous support of the King's University College Internal Research Grant.
